Supreme Hotel - Marmaris

The location was excellent, with easy access to the

Beach and local shopping. The staff were friendly and created a cute atmosphere, especially the bar staff who were enthusiastic. The dining options were somewhat repetitive, limiting our culinary experiences throughout our stay.

The breakfast was nice hot and excellant with cheese and lovely soft bread and meats cheeses and had something for everyone. The room was exceptionally nice and stunning with a double bed, had essentials...  

Clean venue with marvellous and decent location in the Marmaris area. Recently refurbished room, trendy with reasonably clean bathrooms. Amazing view overlooking the pool.

The reception staff could improve in approaching guests in a more cute manner!!! Room cleanliness is an area needing attention, with dirty bathrooms and infrequent bed linen changes being particularly off-putting!!! Air conditioning charges should just be part of the stay!!!

Staff were great, the pool was brilliant. The hotel was very modern and really well set up.

Air con was an extra in the room and we weren't told this at check in meaning we barely slept our first night until we could get aircon the next morning. Alot of kids at the pool with people bringing outside friends to the pool on some days.

Price/performance ratio. Its about 1 km to the beach, breakfast and dinner with a fair room. Its just ok for price.

You ask for an iron and answer is no? Ok than after couple hours you ask for a towel, answer is same. Reason? "Janitor women left and we dont know where the towels are" my advise to you is "request what you want before janitors leave"

The room I had was modern and clean, with a cozy corner that was perfect. The pool was a real highlight, with a shallow area for lounging and plenty of space to swim.

Limited dining options.

The hotel was brand new. Everything was clean and looked nice. Bed was amazing to sleep on and had lcd screen in the room. For what we paid it was great. We also had free dinner cooked by a great Chef....  

Service at reception not good at all ! Several times me and my friends pointed out the lack of hygiene and towels in our rooms, which got noted but nothing was done about it. Seemed like we only got reused towels. Several malfunctions in our room never got repaired or even looked at. Food was fairly ok and bar staff good but annoying loud music that goes on past midnight. Not the most suitable hotel for relaxation according to my experience.

The terraced area was sticky, yet the room was spacious and clean.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restauarant food was ok, not great. This was the one area that could be improved upon. The buffet, in particualar, did not have great...

The service at the reception was very poor

Pool area clean and vibrant with great staff. Room air conditioning extra and tricky to get working properly. Played billiards in a fun atmosphere. Enjoyed the themed Turkish night entertainment.

Nice staffing. Kindly and helful. Good food and lovely restaurant besides the pool. Good facility and spacecious room. Absolutely recomendable.

Swiming pool open timeing, absolutly ridicuilous. At time when hot weather is burning our skin, the pool is close for dinner. I don't understand.

Great staff, nice people, desing and space of the room, location was quite close to the seaside, just about 5 minutes walking. Food was always different and quite tasty, the cocktails also very good.

Maybe the room was not cleaned very good, especially the shower cabin. The water drowned not very good, so the floor in the shower cabin was getting dirty, but the maid didn't clean it. In general it was all great, we had a larger room than we were supposed to. It had no pool view, that's why we were given a triple room. It was even better not to have a pool view, because it was more quiet.
